We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your KlassicTech portable Bluetooth speaker, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and manuals included.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

• For non-defective returns (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• For defective or incorrect items, KlassicTech will provide a prepaid return label.
