At KlassicTech, we stand behind the quality of our products. Your KlassicTech KTGO1 Portable Bluetooth Speaker is covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What This Warranty Covers

• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

• Malfunctions that occur despite proper care and handling.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches or cosmetic damage.

• Water damage if the product has been submerged beyond its IPX7 rating.

• Lost or stolen products.

Warranty Service

If your product is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery:

1. Contact us at sales.klassictech@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.

2. We may request photos or a short video of the defect.

3. If approved, you will be eligible for either a replacement product or a refund, at our discretion.

Return Shipping

• KlassicTech will cover the cost of return shipping for approved warranty claims.

• Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product to avoid damage during return.

Limitation of Liability

KlassicTech’s liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or refund of the defective product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
